How long and where will your data be stored?

We will not store your data any longer than necessary. If we no longer need your data, we will delete them. If we still need certain data for internal analyses, reports or records after the specified period, we can still use your data anonymously.

Specifically, we maintain fixed terms. These terms vary according to the type of data. After these terms, we will delete your data. The following terms and types of data are specifically concerned:

We store your data in various databases, mostly within the European Union. In doing so, we always apply strict security measures. If, exceptionally, customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, your privacy is also protected appropriately.
