Management and protection of your data

We require your data due to the contractual agreements established between you and our company, Sewing. These agreements hold significance, particularly in instances such as your product purchases or entitlement to warranty. Sewing must be able to depend on your information in scenarios like:an order

Who has access to your data?

Sewing is obliged to share customer data with government agencies in suspicious situations.

How long and where will your data be stored?

We will not store your data any longer than necessary. If we no longer need your data, we will delete them. If we still need certain data for internal analyses, reports or records after the specified period, we can still use your data anonymously.

Specifically, we maintain fixed terms. These terms vary according to the type of data. After these terms, we will delete your data. The following terms and types of data are specifically concerned:

We store your data in various databases, mostly within the European Union. In doing so, we always apply strict security measures. If, exceptionally, customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, your privacy is also protected appropriately. In the case of certain countries, this has been officially established. In the case of data transfer between an EU country and a country outside the EU, model contracts are often drawn up. Central to this is the guarantee of your privacy.
