GREEN CLAY SHAMPOO
I developed it thinking of all those dogs who live in the city, exposed daily to the stress of smog, weather elements, and fine dust that settle on the coat, making it dull, dry, and difficult to clean.
It’s particularly suitable also for harsh coats, such as those of terriers, which require deep but respectful cleaning that preserves the natural structure of the coat.
The cleansing base is made of gentle plant-derived surfactants, like sodium coco-sulfate, which remove dirt and impurities without altering the skin’s protective barrier.
At the heart of the formula is Solum Fullonum, also known as Fuller’s Earth, a natural clay with outstanding absorbent and purifying properties. It helps remove excess sebum, embedded impurities, and pollutants, restoring freshness, cleanliness, and lightness to the coat.
The addition of lactic acid, phenethyl alcohol, and caprylyl glycol provides a rebalancing and protective action, maintaining optimal hydration levels.
I recommend this shampoo whenever you want a truly deep cleanse: it removes accumulated impurities, purifies the skin, and leaves the coat visibly healthier and more vital, without altering its natural character.
It is also ideal as a pre-wash shampoo, to best prepare the coat for subsequent grooming treatments.
