The regulations of the online store available at the website: www.sewing.com.pl, administered by the company SEWING sp. z o.o with its registered office at 55 Kowaniec Street, 34-400 Nowy Targ, NIP: 735 238 65 22, REGON: 492 055 729, contact phone: +48 601 164 248 or +48 (18) 266 93 33, email: biuro@sewing.pl, govern the rules regarding the electronic services provided by the Seller, as well as sales agreements concluded through the online store, including their types, rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller, the procedure for withdrawal from the contract, and the procedure for handling complaints.

Online Store – an online store available at www.sewing.com.pl
Seller – SEWING sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 55 Kowaniec Street, 34-400 Nowy Targ, NIP: 735 238 65 22, REGON: 492 055 729
Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, having legal capacity, concluding an agreement with the Seller.
Consumer – a natural person, according to art. 221 of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964, undertaking legal actions with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur – refers to a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf.
Service – electronic services provided by the Seller (Service Provider) to the Customer (Service Recipient) through the online store.
Distance contract – an agreement concluded between the Seller of the online store and the Consumer as part of an organized system of concluding distance contracts, without the need for both parties to be present in one place and time, concluded using one or more means of communication at a distance until the conclusion of the contract inclusive.
Sales agreement – a sales agreement for a Product available in the online store, concluded between the Customer and the Seller through its intermediary.
Product – a product, movable item, which the Customer acquires through the online store from the Seller.
Customer account – a set of data in the Seller’s IT system, containing information about the Customer, including contact details and order history.
Registration form – an electronic service, a form available in the online store enabling the creation of a Customer account.
Order form – an electronic service, a form available in the online store enabling the purchase of a Product selected by the Customer.
Order – a Customer’s declaration of intent made through the online store, clearly expressing the will to conclude a sales agreement, specifying its conditions, as well as the type and quantity of the Product, method and cost of delivery, payment method, and the necessary data for the contract to be executed.
Warranty means the voluntary commitment of the manufacturer, provided on the basis of a warranty statement, which specifies its obligations and the rights of the buyer (consumer) in case the product does not have the properties specified in this statement. The warranty serves as the legal basis for seeking liability from the guarantor for a defective product.
Warranty – a way to assert the responsibility by the consumer against the seller (business) in connection with a physical defect (non-compliance with the contract) or legal defect of the purchased product, as specified in the provisions of the Civil Code.
Newsletter – a service allowing subscription and receipt of free electronic information about Products and promotions from the Seller.
Business day – one day from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
- 2. Conditions for Providing Electronic Services
- The content of this regulation defines the principles of SEWING sp. z o.o. conducting distance selling of goods, as well as the use of the sewing.com.pl online store and the electronic services offered through it by service recipients.
- The content of this paragraph of the regulations constitutes the regulations for the provision of electronic services, as referred to in art. 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- The online store sewing.com.pl provides information about its offer via the Internet on the website http://www.sewing.com.pl and provides the following electronic services in accordance with this regulation:
– enables the purchase of goods available in the sewing.com.pl online store’s database using the order basket,
– allows the reservation of goods for direct collection at the company’s premises (sewing.com.pl stationary store) using the order basket,
– enables the subscription to a newsletter containing commercial information.
- The condition for using services provided electronically by the service provider is to meet the minimum technical requirements, such as:
– Internet Explorer version 7.0 or newer with ActiveX, JavaScript, and cookies enabled, or
– Mozilla Firefox version 3.0 or newer with Java applet, JavaScript, and cookies enabled,
– screen resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels or higher.
- The service provider uses cookie files to collect information related to the use of the sewing.com.pl online store by the customer to maintain the session of the logged-in service recipient, adjust the display of sales offers to the needs of service recipients, and to conduct statistics on the subpages’ viewership of the sewing.com.pl online store.
- The service recipient may delete placed cookie files or block the placement of cookie files using options available in their web browser at any time.
- The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded at the moment of completing and confirming by the service recipient the appropriate form (registration/ shipping/ newsletter) available on the store’s website.
- The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period each time and can be terminated by either party at any time and without giving a reason, with the reservation of the rights acquired by the other party before the termination of the above agreement and the provisions specified in § 2 para. 9 of the regulations.
- The service recipient who registered their account on the service provider’s website terminates the agreement for the provision of electronic services by submitting a request for the deletion of the customer’s account. The service recipient terminates the agreement for the provision of electronic services regarding the “newsletter” service by providing the service provider with the email address to which the subscription relates and requesting its removal from the subscribers’ list. The service provider removes the registered customer account and/or email address from the subscribers’ list without undue delay.
